The Irish Hound Journey

Hello. My name is Judd TerBush and I am the Founder of Irish Hound Designs.

I have always had a passion for poetry, art and music. However, it was not until a perfect storm of challenges inspired me to create Irish Hound Designs. As fate would have it, my father and my two beloved dogs (Hank and Sheamus) began to get sick at roughly the same time. For about a year, my whole world revolved around caring for my two best friends and my father, as well as, preparing for their transitions from this earthly plain. Our journey was filled with tears, laughter, and everything in-between. To walk next to all of them on their individual voyages was truly humbling. I couldn’t help but notice just how much of my own life had been directly inspired by those knuckleheads.

This touched me so I decided that I wanted to do my best to inspire as many people as I could. I chose to contribute some positive beauty to this world as a constant reminder to always appreciate even the smallest of gifts that are bestowed on us on a daily basis. My boy Sheamus was an Irish Setter and my boy Hank was a Basset Hound, thus the company name Irish Hound Designs was born.

Our company has been following our mission since 2015. We are proud of our designs and poems. We are honored that you have chosen to learn more about us.
